At Campbell Miller Tools, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution for your workshop needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the tools in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
